I've received a faulty/damaged item
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can easily request a return or exchange using the Request Warranty button next to the product on your My Orders page (only for items eligible for return or exchange).
Steps to Submit Your Request:
- Go to your My Orders page in your account.
- Click the Request Warranty button next to the damaged product.
- Select the type of request: Exchange or Return.
- Choose a reason for the request from the list, or provide additional details if needed.
- Submit the request and wait for the support team to review and approve it.
Notes:
- Only products eligible for return or exchange can have a request submitted.
- Once approved, arrangements will be made for the product return, and either a refund or replacement will be provided.
- A clear Return & Exchange Policy ensures both customer and seller rights, which can be reviewed on the [Return & Exchange Policy page].
