I've received a faulty/damaged item

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can easily request a return or exchange using the Request Warranty button next to the product on your My Orders page (only for items eligible for return or exchange).

Steps to Submit Your Request:

  • Go to your My Orders page in your account.
  • Click the Request Warranty button next to the damaged product.
  • Select the type of request: Exchange or Return.
  • Choose a reason for the request from the list, or provide additional details if needed.
  • Submit the request and wait for the support team to review and approve it.

Notes:

  • Only products eligible for return or exchange can have a request submitted.
  • Once approved, arrangements will be made for the product return, and either a refund or replacement will be provided.
  • A clear Return & Exchange Policy ensures both customer and seller rights, which can be reviewed on the [Return & Exchange Policy page].
