I would like to return my order
If you wish to return or exchange a product you purchased, you can use the Request Warranty button located next to the order or product in your My Orders page. This option is available only for products eligible for return or exchange. Some products are not eligible based on our store’s return and exchange policy.
Steps to Submit Your Request:
- Go to the My Orders page in your account.
- Locate the product you want to return or exchange and click the Request Warranty button.
- Choose the type of request: Return or Exchange.
- Select the reason for your request from the available options.
- Add any additional details or product images if necessary.
- Click Submit Request to have your request reviewed by our support team.
Important Notes:
- The button does not appear for products that are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, our support team will contact you with the next steps in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
