What if my order is damaged?

What if my order is damaged

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can submit a request using the Request Warranty button next to the product on your My Orders page.

Steps to Submit Your Request:

  • Go to the My Orders page in your account.
  • Click the Request Warranty button next to the damaged product.
  • Choose the type of request: Return or Exchange.
  • Select the reason: Damaged or defective product.
  • Add any supporting images or additional details.
  • Click Submit Request to have your request reviewed by our support team.

Notes:

  • The button is available only for products eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once approved, our support team will arrange for the product to be picked up and replaced or for a refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
