You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placement using the Cancel Order button next to the product on your My Orders page.
Steps to Cancel Your Order:
- Go to your My Orders page in your account.
- Click the Cancel Order button next to the product you want to cancel.
- Select a predefined reason for cancellation, such as:
– Product not as described
– Found a better price elsewhere
– Ordered by mistake
– Shipping takes too long
– No longer needed
– Not interested anymore
– Other - Add any additional details if needed, then click Submit Cancellation Request.
Notes:
- The Cancel Order button is available only for 24 hours after placing the order.
- After 24 hours or if the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- You can check the status of your cancellation from your My Orders page.
