Once you place an order, you can easily track its status through the “Track Order” page.
Just enter your order number and the email address you used during checkout, and you’ll see the latest updates on your purchase.
If your order has already been shipped, the page will show you its current delivery status.
You can cancel your order directly from the “My Orders” page within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
Currently, orders cannot be edited once placed. If you need to make changes (like updating the address or items), the best option is to cancel the order within the allowed time frame and place a new one.

If your order was canceled, any payment made will be refunded to you according to our Money Back Policy.
Sometimes orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are shipped from different sellers or warehouses. Please check your order details in your account to see if there are multiple shipments.

You can easily reset your password through the login page. Click the Forgot Password? link and enter your email address to receive instructions on how to reset it.
You can change your password from your account. Go to Account Settings, select Change Password, and enter your current and new password to update it.
To cancel your account, please contact our support team via the Help Center contact form. The team will review your request and guide you through the steps to safely close your account.
You can track the status of your refund through your account on our site. Once your return request is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days. To return your order, use the Request Warranty button next to the product in your My Orders page if the item is eligible for return or exchange. After clicking, select the reason for return, product quantity, and any additional details, then submit the request. Our team will review your request and contact you to arrange the return or exchange.
The return and exchange policy at Markato Online ensures a fair and smooth experience for both customers and sellers. You can request a return or exchange only for eligible products, according to the conditions specified for each item. You can see if your order qualifies for free shipping on the checkout page. If your order total meets the minimum requirement for free shipping, this option will automatically appear before you complete your purchase.
To change your delivery address, you can update your shipping address directly in the “My Account” page before placing the order. Once the order is confirmed, changes can only be made by contacting our support team.
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, you can track its status via the “Track Order” page in your account using your order number and email. If there’s any issue or delay, you can contact our support team for assistance.
You will receive your payments once the order is completed and confirmed as received by the customer. Sellers can request their earnings 48 hours after the order confirmation, after deducting the applicable commission.
You can receive your earnings through the payment methods available on Markato Online, after deducting the applicable commission. Payments are transferred directly to your bank account or the payment method you selected during registration.
To register as a seller on Markato Online, simply go to the Sell on Markato page and click on the Get Started button. Fill out the registration form with the required information and submit it. Our team will review your application, and once approved, you can start listing your products.
Once your seller account is approved, you can log in to your Seller Dashboard and select Add Product. Fill in the required details such as product name, description, images, price, and stock. After submitting, our team will review the product, and if it meets our guidelines, it will be published and made available for customers to purchase.
Markato Online charges a commission based on your seller type. For example, sellers with a commercial license may have a lower commission rate than those without. The exact rate will be shared with you once your application is approved.
Sellers can request a payout 48 hours after an order is marked as completed (delivered). Simply go to your Seller Dashboard → Withdraw, choose your payment method, and submit a withdrawal request. The payout will be processed within the specified timeframe.
Sellers can list original and permitted products that comply with Markato Online policies. Restricted or prohibited items, such as counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, or inappropriate content, are not allowed. Please review our Product Policy before listing
If a customer requests a return or exchange, you will receive a notification in your Seller Dashboard. Markato Online will review the request according to our Return & Exchange Policy, and if approved, you will be guided on how to proceed.
To join the affiliate program at Markato Online, go to the “Become an Affiliate” page and click Get Started. Fill out the registration form with the required information, and our team will review your application. Once approved, you will get your own account to start promoting and earning commissions.
You earn commissions whenever a customer makes a purchase through your referral link or promo code. The commission is calculated based on the platform’s net profit after deducting the seller’s commission. You can track your earnings directly from your affiliate dashboard.
Your commissions are paid after 48 hours from the time an order is marked as “Completed”. Payments are made through the available options such as bank transfer or e-wallets, and you can select your preferred method from your dashboard.
You can track your performance from the affiliate dashboard, where you will find details about clicks, sales, earned commissions, and the status of each transaction made through your links.
