Refunds and Disputes

How to request a refund:
- Go to your Orders page in your account.
- Select the order and click Request Warranty (for eligible products).
- Choose the reason for the refund or dispute and provide any additional details if necessary.
- Submit your request. Our team will review it and get back to you promptly.
Dispute resolution:
- If there is any discrepancy in payment or charges, contact our Help Center to submit a billing dispute.
- Our support team will review your case and coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure a fair resolution.
Refund processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs may be refunded depending on the reason for the return, according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
