At Markato Online, we make sure our sellers receive their earnings securely and efficiently. Here’s how the process works:
Earnings calculation:
- Seller earnings are calculated automatically after each order is completed, deducting the applicable commissions and fees.
- Only completed orders are considered for payment.
Withdrawal eligibility:
- Sellers can request to withdraw their earnings 48 hours (2 days) after the order has been marked as completed.
- This ensures that all transactions are verified and accurate before funds are released.
Earnings overview:
- Sellers can view pending, available, and withdrawn amounts in their account dashboard.
- Each order is displayed with a detailed breakdown of earnings, including commissions and any deductions.
Payment methods:
- Sellers can link their preferred bank account or payment method to receive funds safely.
Resolving payment issues:
- If a seller notices any discrepancy in their earnings, they should contact our Support Team immediately.
- We investigate and resolve payment issues promptly to maintain transparency and trust.
