Sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. We make the process simple and clear so you can manage your purchases with ease.
How to Cancel an Order:
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- If the order is still in Processing, you will see a Cancel Order option.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Important Notes:
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled orders are processed automatically to your original payment method.
- If you face any issues, contact our Customer Support immediately.
