Order Status
Keep track of your orders and know exactly what’s happening at every step. Our order status system keeps you informed from purchase to delivery.
Checking Your Order Status:
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order you want to track.
- See current status: Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, or Completed.
Order Updates:
- Receive email or app notifications whenever your order status changes.
- Track your shipment with provided tracking numbers.
Changing or Canceling Orders:
- Orders can be canceled or modified only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
- Contact customer support immediately if you need to make changes.
